Dividend Committee

The Dividend Committee declares regular quarterly dividends in accordance with the dividend policy established by the full Board. The Dividend Committee acts by unanimous written consent and did not meet in Fiscal 2007. The member of the Dividend Committee is Michael J. Kowalski.
